FAQ

  1. Where is your service area?
We routinely provide environmental consulting and evaluations for sites throughout the United States. Our past experience includes Spain, Peru and the Caribbean.
  2. How can you assist with sites located in far reaching geographic areas to your office and remain cost efficient?
Many times we perform initial inspections and evaluations of a site, make contact with the local company performing the work and assist the client with the best and most cost effective solution to the problem. For longer term projects, several site visits or local meetings may be required as well.
  3. Do you sub-contract the assessment and remediation work to other companies?
No, we provide guidance to our clients and assist them in selecting the best local company and technology to achieve project objectives. Cost for assessment and remediation are billed directly to the client from the contractor and are not "passed through" our company with a fee as is the case with many firms.
  4. We need to know the entire project costs as soon as possible. Can you determine the cost-to-closure figures at the beginning of a project?
Our experience with the insurance industry has led to the rapid evaluation of data with the goal of determining potential cost-to-closure figures as soon as practicable. Working with the local contractor and regulator is a key component of this effort.
  5. How or what are your main service sectors?
We provide consulting to the insurance industry and private companies dealing in refined product (gas stations and bulk terminals) and the oil and gas exploration industry.
  6. Can you provide a reference list?
Yes, several of our clients will provide testimonials on an "as needed" basis. As a rule, we will not provide a client list to anyone. We strongly believe that our clients' needs and their ability to keep information about assessment and remediation of sites should not be advertised to the general public on a web site or sent out in promotional literature.
