Mr. Muthig has experience in the regulatory community as a former employee of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and working in over 40 states and internationally on projects or presentations that were reviewed by the local regulatory officials and/or the EPA. The company has an understanding of the "Regulatory Arena" and the various roles of the people involved.
